Who We Are
Select Auto Parts & Sales is one of the nation’s only indoor, Black- and Woman-Owned auto recycling facilities — and Milwaukee’s first. Founded in 2012 by Natasha Broxton, the company has grown into a 125,000 sq. ft. indoor facility providing recycled auto parts, used tires, and reliable same-day service to drivers, repair shops, commercial fleets, and government agencies.
Our mission is to deliver affordable, dependable used auto parts while leading with sustainability, community empowerment, workforce training, and innovation.

Natasha Broxton – Founder & CEO
Natasha Broxton is the founder and CEO of Select Auto Parts & Sales, one of the nation’s only indoor, Black- and Woman-Owned auto recycling facilities—and Milwaukee’s first. A Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses alum and workforce advocate, she transformed a blighted industrial property into one of Wisconsin’s most advanced recycling operations.
A recognized leader in sustainability and community-centered business practices, Natasha has been honored as a 2025 CO–100 Honoree, a 2025 Wisconsin Exemplary Employer Award winner, and a BizStarts Inspirational Entrepreneur Award recipient. Her work focuses on innovation, economic mobility, and empowering women- and minority-owned businesses across non-traditional industries.
